TOC Facility No 01 176 Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree

Ecology negotiated a legal agreement called a Purchaser Consent Decree with JYK Holdings, LLC (Prospective Purchaser) intends to purchase, cleanup, and redevelop property associated with the Site. The Site is located at 24205 56th AVe W., Mountlake Terrace. The Site includes the two parcels associated with this purchase (the Property) and an adjacent parcel owned by another party.

Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree: a legal agreement that directs the Prospective Purchaser to implement cleanup of the Site in accordance with the Cleanup Action Plan once they have completed the purchase.


Public Participation Plan: describes how Ecology will inform the community about Site activities and ways to become involved.
