I have seen the Terminal 91 contamination for years with displeasure and concern and can't thank the Port of Seattle, Dept of Ecology for the State of WA enough for addressing this critical issue and making both active decisions to address the matter...↓

I support this action plan wholeheartedly. Shore cleanup will benefit our city and enabling cruise ships to use shore power will allow for cleaner air in the Interbay, Magnolia, and Queen Anne neighborhoods!
