Don't forget to update the outdated references to Chapters 70.94 and 70.120 RCW. In 2020, Chapter 70.94 RCW was recodified as Chapter 70A.15 RCW and Chapter 70.120 RCW to Chapter 70A.25 RCW.

Rather than just updating the 4 incorrect refe...↓rences in the draft Chapter 173-400 WAC, I recommend you expand the scope of this rulemaking action to include each section in both rules with an outdate reference. At a minimum, updating Chapter 173-400 WAC is critical because it is the main air quality rule for Washington. This update will improve the use of the rule for businesses because a rule with references to a statute that no longer exists is confusing.↓
