I believe that WA Ecology should adjust annual fees for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits in order to recover the cost of administering the wastewater and stormwater permit programs. The proposed fee adjustments for CAF...↓

I just want to know why it is legal for all the homeless camps to set up on river banks, lake banks over sewer and storm drains etc, they litter they defecate the do drugs and it is allowed! They literally do not have to comply with all the bureaucr...↓
