As an administrative note, many of the section numbers and titles in the Table of Contents and throughout the consent decree are incorrect.

I think this is a great project for the neighborhood and I'm excited that it's happening - I'm planning on living in Beacon Hill for a long time, so I hope I get to see the cleanup and build through fruition.

I'm happy to hear about this project, I think it's a great effort to clean up toxic waste and create much needed housing. My one request is can you save the mural on the side of the building, it's a nice feature of the neighborhood.
