I am in agreement with the Dept. of Ecology recommendations to ensure that the feedlot implement:

I support the permit being issued, However, it has not been proved that manure sealed lagoons leak. Many lagoons have been drilled and no leaching has been found. Have Simplots lagoons been tested? Are they leaching? Is there proof that a breach ...↓
