I have 2 editorial suggestions. On page 27, in the title of the last bullet, the parenthetical "labhood" should be spaced "lab hood". On page 41 there is a spacing issue in the 2nd paragraph of Section 2.10.2

I am a North Richland resident and live approximately 2.5 miles from the Perma-Fix facility. I appreciate the comprehensive analysis that the Dept of Ecology has done. I endorse the adoption of the supplemental SEPA document.
