Public Comment Period - Draft Modification of the Industrial Stormwater General Permit

The Washington Department of Ecology is releasing the draft modification of the 2025 Industrial Stormwater General Permit for public comment.


Please note that this form is for the purpose of submitting informal feedback to the Washington State Department of Ecology. Commenter contact information is optional. However, contact information is necessary if you want to receive future notices related to this topic.


The current permit was last issued Dec. 2, 2024, and went into effect Jan. 1, 2025. The draft general permit, fact sheet explaining the legal and technical basis for the draft permit, economic impact analysis, a copy of the proposed application for coverage, and information about informational meetings and public hearings can be found on the Industrial Stormwater General Permit webpage.
