30-day public comment period for the review of draft permit and fact sheet for the City of Dayton NPDES permit WA0020729.


The City of Dayton presently owns and operates a trickling filter wastewater treatment facility that discharges to the Touchet River in Columbia County and is designed to handle an average monthly flow of 0.75 million gallons per day.
