Maxum Petroleum Class 2 Equivalent Compliance Plan - Formal public comment period

Delivering facilities may submit an equivalent compliance plan to meet the alternative measures required in WAC 173-180-221(9) and 173-180-222(2). The Plan’s objective is to provide an equivalent or greater level of environmental protection as the applicable alternative measures in the rule.
