Safer Products for Washington

Washington’s Safer Products for Washington program restricts dangerous chemicals in consumer products when safer alternatives are available. This proposal would change requirements for manufacturers to provide data and would authorize creation of a “fast track” option to restrict chemicals in consumer products.
