Early Input on the Phase I and Phase II Municipal Stormwater General Permits

Ecology is accepting informal comments to help prepare draft versions of the 2029 Phase I and Phase II Municipal Stormwater General Permits. We plan to offer additional opportunities for feedback and comments throughout this reissuance process.


Please note that this form is for the purpose of submitting informal feedback to the Washington Department of Ecology. Commenter contact information is optional. However, contact information is necessary if you want to receive future notices related to this topic.


The current permit was last issued July 1, 2024, and will expire July 31, 2029.
