30-day public comment period for the permit renewal application for reissuance of draft permit WA0020656 for the City of College Place Treatment Plant located in Walla Walla County. The permit authorizes the discharge of wastewater to Garrison Creek, a tributary to the Walla Walla River.


College Place is in the process of completing various treatment plant upgrades. The plant upgrades include expansion of the land treatment system acreage utilized for treatment during the summer critical period of Garrison Creek
